YouthWorX NT is dedicated to supporting individuals through their journey towards sustainable employment. We offer a suite of transition to work services, pre-employment training programs, and careers expos to meet both individual and community needs. We generate purposeful engagement for individuals through tailored activities personalised coaching and mentoring, and employment opportunities to help them reach their career goals and outcomes. Our Advantaged Thinking approach ensures that all of our programs work with individuals to build on their existing skills and talents, strengthening employment and life skills to achieve their employment and learning goals.
