YMCA WorkWell is a new initiative by the YMCA of Three Rivers to foster and improve workplace well-being. Our aim is to create positive Impact in our communities by gathering data-driven Insights on the well-being of organizations, and taking Action through targeted training and development to foster workplace conditions where every employee has an equal opportunity to flourish. Through this initiative, we’ll be working directly with businesses and organizations to collect employee feedback, develop valuable insights, and support the development of leaders and all employees to help them live their best life, at work.
