Yoga&Salt combines traditional salt therapy and modern interpretation of Yoga and Pilates. Concentrating of breathing through Yoga will even open up the pores and lungs for a better absorption of the salty air. In our studio the walls are covered in salt. The salty air offers natural healing properties with each deep, cleansing breath, while you follow your instructor through a series of yoga poses.
