When Eric and Erin Hamm purchased former Century 21-Salvadori Realty from Merced Statesman, Mike Salvadori, they wanted a name that represented how they felt about Merced County being their home and who they represented to the community. Mike felt it was imperative to serve his local community and make Merced a great place to call home not just for us, but for generations to come, and he firmly believed that was demonstrated through acts of service and generosity. Eric and Erin carry that same philosophy as do our Realtors and staff members. Service is just one of our four Core Values we honor at Next Door Real Estate.
