The objective is to build a diversified energy service company with a broad and comprehensive service offering as well as to establish a paramount global service footprint. Although we want to offer a broad service, these specific services are a niche area and the services are well connected, as combined these cover the process from front to end. Both Punch Energy Services B.V. and Danlo Holding B.V. were founded by Marcel de Klerk who has gained experience working for an OCTG manufacturer and a supermajor E&P operator.
