For more than 20 years, we have been active in research and development in the field of separation technology and plastics recycling and as an operator of the separation technologies we have developed ourselves on a service and production scale. With about 30 employees nationwide at seven locations, we cover the entire value chain in plastics recycling - from analytics and consulting to trading in secondary raw materials to process development and contract separation. With our unique technological position in the recovery (yield) and quality of separated plastics, which is based on our patented analytical procedure for complex multi-component mixtures (density fraction analysis), we determine the state of the art for the high-quality reuse of recyclates. Our developments are primarily aimed at the market segment of high-purity, quality-tested reproducible secondary plastics for their reuse in injection moulding and extrusion processes. Our specialisation in the processing and separation of technical plastic waste, our technological lead and the dynamically growing trade in secondary raw materials enable us to maintain a good market presence. State-of-the-art separation plants as well as qualified employees are an indispensable factor in mastering the large number of tasks in research and technology projects.
