Headwater Wholesale (formerly 2MDSI) began its entry into the Midwest market with the acquisition of A.I. McDermott Company in 2014 in Wisconsin. At that time, it consisted of 2 locations and 14 employees. In 2015, it grew to a 4-branch operation adding branches in St. Cloud, MN and Menomonie, WI. Today, Headwater Wholesale has 4 locations, 12 Territory Sales Representatives, 12 trucks and 30 employees. Since the beginning, Headwater Wholesale has focused on providing excellent customer service and is well-known for its industry-leading service tool – the Container Program. The company specializes in Water Well, Irrigation, Drilling Materials & Equipment, Environment and Waste Water serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Eastern North and South Dakotas.
