The Northern Leadership Program is a highly effective leadership development program for current and emerging leaders in Northern Ontario. The Northern Leadership Program is a multi-faceted, partnership-based program in Northern Ontario facilitated by leadership experts at NextGenLeaders. This year-long intensive program combines best practices in leadership development with network building opportunities creating a made-in-the-North solution that elevates careers and drives business results. Since its inception, more than 120 people from Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie and Timmins have completed the program. We've heard from our current fellows and alumni that the program has produced results.
