RockstarX was created from a sitting room in Borehamwood, United Kingdom. Our Founder and CEO Joel Felsenstein was dealt with both, a life-changing ultra-rare medical condition called MSUD otherwise known as Maple Syrup Urine Disease, and PDD-NOS often known as Atypical Autism. With Maple Syrup Urine Disease, he needed to have a Nasogastric tube till the age of 4 and then moved to a peg tube in his stomach called a Gastrostomy. Having completely defied death at birth and proved the doctors extremely wrong at every turn, Joel continued to stun everyone even more by removing his Gastrostomy when he turned 18 and working for a year as a videographer, and then completed college at 23. He went on to work for two more jobs until October 2019 when his last job ended, Joel then decided there must be a way to help others who think differently and want to also unleash their true potential and be as creative as they want to be. The vision of RockstarX is to create a friendly, connected, and fun community where everyone is valued equally. A community where anyone feels welcome and accepted for who they are but also people whom they can call a family – a family supporting each other united by the passion, desire, and drive to make a difference.
