Food Safety Consultant with many years catering operational management experience and contract negotiation, I now work with catering businesses of all kinds from small contract caterers to large busy restaurant settings to small hospice sites & large acute hospital trusts. I provide a wide variety of services from advisory visits and food hygiene audits, to compilation of Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP plans. As a consultant I work with contract caterers, restaurants, food outlets, small artisan food producers, schools and hospitals - anywhere that provides food and beverages can benefit from my experience. I also provide food safety training services up to Level 4 in Food Safety, HACCP and Food Allergies, whether face to face for a small or large group; accredited on line learning or blended learning giving the best of both worlds. The courses I offer are accredited by CIEH or Highfield. I love my job - no two days are the same; sometimes it can be frustrating and challenging but mostly it is very rewarding to see businesses and their teams benefit and progress well in their area of choice.
