ABOUT US: With over 30 years of combined experience and a passion for sustainable construction, Carrington Barrs and Gabe Genauer left their corporate construction positions to form B&G Builders, Inc. in 2004. Over the last decade, B&G have demonstrated success in delivering upwards of $100 million of complex commercial, residential and infrastructure construction projects. COMMUNITY FOCUS: Committed to supporting those who enrich the neighborhoods of Portland, B&G especially values our focus on community-based and nonprofit work. These projects require us to integrate the opinions and needs of a diverse group of people into a single cohesive product. Groups that we have worked with include Daybreak Cohousing, Multnomah Monthly Meeting of Friends, Zenger Farm and Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, among others.
