The studio was founded in 2000 by Mario Moretti accountant, registered with the Bergamo Order, together with Marco Maestroni. In 2014, it was strengthened by the arrival of Antonio Arzuffi, till then manager and CEO of important multinationals. Their coming together led to the idea of a new generation studio based on the transversal skills of its partners, aimed at supporting companies in the corporate, fiscal and financial areas.
