Over the years the Perth Homeless Support Group has created a new ‘Community Model’ for working with the displaced, homeless and those in transitional housing, creating a safe community for those in need to gather and share stories, and most importantly seek help. Our mission is “See the need and make a difference, without prejudice”. Our primary goals are to relieve the stress on those experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness, by providing their basic needs; and educate those experiencing homelessness of other services that are available to help them.
