Kerns, Frost & Pearlman (KFP) was founded in January 2001 by partners with significant roots in the insurance industry. The firm soon expanded the partner base to include commercial litigators and lawyers with commercial banking experience. We also handle insurance subrogation maters, including on behalf of fidelity insurers in litigation and arbitrations nationally against financial institutions. KFP also represents government insurance regulators in compliance and insolvency matters.
