Republic M! was founded in 2004 in The Netherlands by introducing a new communication channel to Pharma to communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) on their behalf: remote live e-detailing (webcall). Since then the company has developed by offering more and more webcall use cases like eMSL, hybrid reps, insourced dedicated eReps, inbound MSL and appointment scheduling services. Onwards the offering broadened to more and more digital channels like websites, apps, webinars, webcasts, virtual adboards, medical connection center (call center), vmails, messaging, social media, e-learnings and video channels. Even the creation of new digital content assets like (animation) video’s and infographics became part of our portfolio. We design and execute customer journeys to change the behaviour of target customers to meet the objectives of the brand plan. 1. Multichannel Strategy All Pharma companies struggle to bring multichannel into successful execution because there are many dimensions to get lost or be blocked like data security & privacy, systems, roles & responsibilities, content, channels, segmentation & targeting, compliance, knowledge & skills and insights & reporting. We’re not a consultancy agency, but since we come from the execution, we’re increasingly asked to design multichannel plans that actually are executable. 2.
