It is very exciting times for everyone involved at ‘JM Excellence in Training’ at the moment. In September 2019, we received an OFSTED grade ‘GOOD’ in all areas, making us the first Wirral based learning provider to receive the grading under the new OFSTED framework. Established in 2004, over the years the evolution of JM has varied, we have provided different services to meet the needs of our clients and although proving successful, we felt our previous title ‘JM recruitment, education & training’ didn’t do ourselves justice as a brilliant training provider and diluted our core training services. Keeping our momentum from our OFSTED GOOD grading and our relentlessness to continuously improve, the decision was made for us to harness all of our energy into the quality of our training services and we wanted our company name to reflect that as our main focus, our new title ‘JM excellence in training’ is now perfectly suited for us an organisation. We are now working with over 350 schools, 250 businesses & 30 NHS trusts, training over 4000 individuals across the nation over the last 12 months.
