However, "Soft Skills" have traditionally been difficult to quantify and train. 2.- Virtual Reality Virtual Reality (VR) is the best tool that exists for the evaluation of “Soft Skills” due to its ability to generate realistic human behaviors in a safe and controlled environment. VR allows the simulation of complex social situations in which the body, the environment and the brain are closely related; provides a transformative experience by immersing participants in real-world situations. 3.- Organizational Neuroscience The latest advances in neuroscience have shown that the brain activity that regulates our emotions, attitudes and behaviors in organizations are non-conscious processes that can only be measured and trained through implicit measures by collecting biometric and behavioral data. These measurements are objective and comparable, which gives them more validity and reliability. 4.- Artificial Intelligence The processing of implicit measures using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques considerably increases its predictive capacity while eliminating non-objective biases.
