Toastmasters is a non-profit global organization which has helped millions of men and women become more confident speaking in front of an audience. Both beginning speakers and experienced professionals can benefit from our practical, face-to-face learning program. Toastmasters is comprised of many clubs. The River City club is unique; we have members from all walks of life and accommodate the needs of today's busy lifestyles by offering the Toastmasters program within the noon-time period. You have to break for lunch anyway; why not do something for yourself? By joining Toastmasters, you gain the opportunity to develop and improve your public speaking and leadership skills through dynamic meetings, leadership training seminars, speech contests and more! By participating in meetings, you'll gain experience in meeting planning and be actively engage in a key meeting roles. Toastmasters' learn-by-doing program is proven to help members become better communicators and leaders, while is a smaller, supportive atmosphere!
