Team Title was founded in Covington, Louisiana in 2003 by attorneys, Thomas Richards and Mark Higdon. Today, we have offices in Covington, Metairie, Slidell and Baton Rouge to serve Southeastern Louisiana. We specialize in both, residential closings within Louisiana and government/disaster-related real estate services throughout the nation. Since 2007, Team Title has been closing grants with Louisiana’s Road Home Program.
