A compassionate, engaging person who loved to get involved and help whenever he saw an opportunity, Joshua was a caring friend, brother, and son who would have done amazing things with his life. JKF focuses its energy on doing good for the community in ways Joshua would have. Joshua Kaye Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit. We celebrate Joshua’s kindness, creativity and curiosity by developing and enabling thoughtful community-based projects focusing on inclusion, education, ecology, and the arts, while empowering youth to make positive change in their community. Key Programs: • Greenhouse Initiative- Installed the first Joshua Kaye Memorial Greenhouse in Braintree in November of 2015. Provided funding for a second greenhouse in Edgartown in 2018. • Joshua Kaye Community Service Grant- an annual grant program to fund community service projects created by high school students. • GivePacks- Wherever a need is identified, we collect and distribute supplies to help. Past drives have included school supplies, cold weather gear, toiletries, food essentials, and books for children in shelters. • Marine Wildlife Rehabilitation and Educational Center- currently raising funds
