designkunst is a design studio based in the centre of Hamburg. It works for national and international clients within the following areas: lean design audit / design strategy; industrial design / product design; corporate strategy / visual communication and the owner Sybs Bauer is active in the international design education with the focus of design thinking and creativity. Lean design audit / design strategy ranges from lifestyle product to technical electronical products including brand management. Industrial design / product design ranges from furniture, consumer products to technical and ergonomic industrial products. Corporate Strategy / visual communication includes corporate audit, analysis and concept up to the implementation of Corporate Design in all levels. Education is an interdiscipliary and intercultural experience and provides a basis for new strategies, methods and holistic projects. The philosophy of “designkunst” comes from the German word “FormBildung”, which suggests both the active design process and its final outcome as well as the associated learning.
