The Curry Stone Design Prize is awarded each year to honor innovative projects that use design to address pressing social justice issues. The Prize is supported by the Curry Stone Foundation. The Prize seeks to highlight, honor, and reward projects that improve daily living conditions for communities around the world. Awarded projects may improve the human spirit, increase awareness of the environment, provide shelter and clean water, or address the impacts of climate change or humanitarian crises. We value work that is considered emerging in the professional and public consciousness. The Prize also sponsors Social Design Insights, a weekly podcast highlighting emerging practitioners and established leaders in all fields of social design.
