The Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Virginia PTAC), an APEX Accelerator, is a sponsored program of George Mason University. Headquartered in Fairfax, our statewide network of expert counselors and trainers covers Virginia's major metropolitan areas, including Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Winchester, Hampton Roads, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Northern Virginia. We provide timely, relevant assistance in doing business with government at the Federal, State, and Local levels. Our Services include; Counseling: One-on-one consultation with our expert counselor for assistance with your government procurement challenges. All counseling is confidential and at no cost to you. Training and Events: Workshops, industry events, and conferences of interest to government contractors are held throughout the region and hosted by Virginia PTAC, local partners, and government agencies. Bid Match Service (BMS): Using a detailed description of your company's capabilities, Virginia PTAC's Bid Match Service (BMS) locates federal, state, local, and foreign bid opportunities relevant to your business.
