Assessment of victim’s needs, risk & vulnerability; 3. Referral to appropriate programs and services. Muskoka Victim Services is funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General and through private donations. Referrals are made primarily through Ontario Provincial Police. Muskoka Victim Services accommodates persons with disabilities in a manner that most respects the dignity of the person. Accommodations are individually assessed and made based upon their specific needs.
