How it Starts: involveMINT partners with communities to recruit local businesses and individuals to accept and exchange a community-owned currency on our network. The currency is then used to support impact projects (such as building a greenhouse or cleaning vacant lots) that spend with the recruited individuals and businesses. This allows communities to self-fund projects, keep money local, and build wealth. How It Works: Individuals complete community improvement tasks to earn community credits (CC). While completing the tasks, individuals track their role in helping the community achieve Sustainable Development Goals. Individuals then spend credits with local businesses and other users, who continue the cycle by spending with other businesses or donating back to community improvement.
