Our origins start with Wood Real Estate Services a long standing Papillion Real Estate company with Sherry & Don Wood and her daughter Jennifer Cordes. When Sherry retired my neighbor and friend Jennifer Cordes asked if I would be interested in the company. Now Jennifer and I are working together to manage 30+ properties in Papillion, LaVista and Bellevue together. She brings a wealth of information on property management and I have been able to add some technology to the mix. Our philosophy to managing properties is a hands on approach, “as if each property were our own”. We are looking for more great properties in our area.
