Has been founded in 2019 by two partners with over 50 years experience in international business, tax planning and legal and audit issues. Over the years they have been advising an increasing number of family owned businesses and due to generation changes are more involved in the estate planning and investment strategies of these families. As such they have looked into the possibilities to invest in international real estate. With a strong focus on a safe investment with stable recurring investment returns, especially in times of economic turmoil and downturn. They also saw that there is a strong demand for socially responsible investments (SRI) and that sustainable and affordable housing is top of mind. After more than a year of studying and research it was decided to focus on Manufactured Housing Communities in the south east of the United States. At the end of 2019 we entered into a joint venture with an American Partner who has over 30 years experience in this market. The first investment into one community was made at the beginning of 2020 and currently the implementation phase of the second investment, 3-4 communities is under way.
