LSI began as a farm equipment dealer leasing business in 1976, serving Illinois farmers. In 2002, LSI became a regional leasing company dedicated to the needs of farming and construction operations across the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. LSI offers customers ‘True Tax Leases’ on all new and used agricultural equipment, construction equipment, trucks and trailers and grain storage facilities. LSI’s ‘True Tax Lease’ allows customers to write-off lease payments while improving cash flow. Our leases are tailored to each client’s needs, and lease terms from between three to seven years with quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment terms available with additional options featuring buyouts, re-leases, purchase or turn-back provisions.
