Our communities need a vibrant and dynamic social sector, a sector with Big Ideas. Rootstrike Labs provides agents of social impact the space and context for reframing and for developing creative capacities; space to reflect, go deep, try, fail, try again, and think more boldly. Space for untethered, messy, 'what if' mind wanderings. We have ongoing dialogue featuring the interplay between ‘what if?’ and “yes, and,” leaving “yeah, but” and “no because,” out. They’ll get their turn, but, for now, they’re outside of the room, their faces pressed against the glass, peering in, wringing their hands in anguish.
