Loop was created in April 2000 from within the Kelda Group, to provide managed customer services to our sister company Yorkshire Water. As a relatively unknown name to most people, Loop now delivers a world class service to Yorkshire Water. Our service includes: • Contact Centre services • Billing and Income services We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and have developed a wide range of policies and procedures to help attract, retain and support the 700 people we now employ in our office based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We have been named as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Places to Work in the UK eight times since 2003 and this year were also accredited with a One Star rating from Best Companies for the sixth time for our employee engagement policies. We firmly believe that excellent customer service is inextricably linked to having fantastic people working in a supportive and happy environment, which has led to the development of our fantastic benefits and reward policies. In addition to this, Loop has been awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation and the government standard for Customer Service Excellence.
