Cynthia Mickens Ministries, Inc is a Texas non-profit organization with a mission to provide the tools that empower people to live the life they are created to live. Under the instruction of Dr. Cynthia Mickens Ross, Cynthia Mickens Ministries, Inc. provides a 12-week course trademarked “Path~Way to Purpose®”. This course is designed to coach and support individuals in the discovery of their natural gifts, talents, and abilities. Through a guided study participants are led to discovery of their unique contributory qualities resulting in a variety of career opportunities. This course was presented in a variety of formats to over 200 individuals. This course is a resounding success and led to many changed lives and the start of numerous businesses. In addition to this course many outreach programs and services are provided to surrounding communities.
