Sing to Beat Parkinson's is a new initiative from Canterbury Cantata Trust, a registered charity that focuses on 'caring through singing'. The ‘Sing to Beat Parkinson's’ programme has been established to: - transform the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities through regular participation in singing groups - achieve excellence in organisation, resourcing, training, and the quality of mutual care - further develop networks of singing groups for people living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions - develop a best practice model by drawing on the expertise of a multi-national partnership of professional practitioners who specialise in leading singing and movement groups for people with neurological conditions
