Community Counseling Associates began in 1993 as Covenant Counseling Services, a ministry of First Covenant Church of Sacramento, to bring hope and healing to individuals, couples, and families of the congregation and the larger community. In April, 2011, we moved our office to Carmichael and became Community Counseling Services. In 2013, we became Community Counseling Associates, a non-profit counseling agency, with our main office located in Fair Oaks. All our therapists are either licensed themselves or are supervised by licensed therapists, and working toward their licensure as Marriage & Family Therapists or Licensed Professional Counselors. Our Staff Therapists are equipped to respond with care and vision to the myriad of needs confronting individuals, couples and families. Our areas of expertise include: relationship growth and difficulties, parenting, depression and anxiety, work stress, abuse recovery, and issues of faith and spiritual development.
