Andrew Goddard Associates have worked as CDM Coordinators under the (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 and since the CDM Regulations 2015 changes came in to force, as CDM Advisers to both Clients and Principal Designers. We have acted as CDM Advisers on projects ranging from redecoration works for the University of London and shop fit outs in most of the country’s major airports to complete new builds including an £80million office and retail building in Holborn, London. As well as Client and Principal Designer Advisers, Andrew Goddard Associates offer Construction Phase Plans, Full Management Systems, Site Inspections, Health and Safety Policies and E-learning Courses as part of our service.
