CheckIT Learning is a K-12 education software for entire schools or individual classrooms, that fosters learning by combining a checklist with the teachers’ daily lesson plans. The checklist allows the student to follow a step by step method to solve homework problems, and it helps teachers identify where the student is struggling. What’s unique about our CheckIT Learning system is it focuses on developing a work ethic inside the individual student. It builds an intrinsic motivation from within the student to perform the work to learn and take accountability for that work. Encompassed in this methodology is reduced barriers to learning for every student, and the functionality for a teacher to adapt the method to align with “What does this student have to do to learn this skill?”. Out of this methodology is a monitoring analytic and machine learning functionality that makes administration of a student's learning experience, from curriculum, to classroom, to school, simple and efficient for parents, teachers, and administrators. Lastly, this system significantly reduces negative biases from a student’s learning experience and opens up a window into the classroom which benefits the student, teacher, parent, and administrator.
