Core Learning Services, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational services firm that teaches teachers and leaders The Balancing Act processes of personal, professional, and organizational development so they, in turn, can deliver CLSI's powerful programs to students. The Balancing Act's step-by-step change process is logical and exhilarating. By first experiencing for themselves how to create desired changes in their own lives, relationships and work, educators learn how to effectively deliver our innovative student programs and integrate them within the learning environment. CLSI's primary student programs are The Compass Course (for character development and life/work/relationship skills improvement) and The Compass Anti-Bullying Program.
