We have convenient locations in Tumwater, Lacey, West Olympia, and Bellevue. We accept most insurances including Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Medicare. At ProActive Physical Therapy, we schedule new patients within 48 hours, or even sooner in urgent cases.
