Our Mission MPower empowers girls & young women affected by Commercial Sexual Exploitation through awareness, mentoring, and social enterprise. Prevention We facilitate awareness events and training to advert the furtherance of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST) by helping youth and adults create empowering environments and identify risk factors. Education The purpose of MPower's education is to expose the ongoing Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) within each community, to alert service providers to become CSEC sensitive, and to help families recognize cultural influences of youth. It is imperative to acknowledge the socio-economic factors that make youth vulnerable. Transition To empower CSEC victims with tools to exit a life of exploitation, recover from its effects, and become agents of change through their experience
