Global Young Leaders creates spaces, resources, and programs that stimulate young people to create life by their own design, guided by their own internal standards of happiness and success, fully equipped with the tools and life approaches they need to tackle their unique important decisions and challenges. We work with schools, universities, leadership academies and independent groups of young people in peer-to-peer learning formats. OUR APPROACH Relevant – all content is developed by young people for young people, and entirely based on real-world, practical experiences from young people from different cultures, backgrounds, and professional fields from all around the world The right setting - open, interactive, and non-judgmental settings that create meaningful connection, understanding, collaboration, exchanges, and authenticity Peer-to-peer – to freely discuss the meaningful real-world experiences and challenges that we all encounter and to learn from the life experiences, approaches, and uniqueness of other young people from around the world that go through similar experiences but in different context.
