I created XaaS, a recruitment agency specialized in IT & digital, 8 years ago, after a career in IT Consulting within one of the best market players. I recruit independently of the activity sector: - all IT positions from technical infrastructure to CIO, - all business positions that require key IT & digital skills. I work on the entire recruitment cycle, on a fixed price basis for complex searches and on an RPO basis for high volume recruitment. Because I strongly believe that in recruitment, a circle will never fit into a square, I attach great importance to matching.
