Prevent Child Abuse Virginia (PCAV) is a private, nonprofit organization that promotes positive parenting through child advocacy and public education. PCAV's mission is to prevent the abuse and neglect of children in Virginia. PCAV is the statewide leader for 46 local organizations, such as Healthy Families Norfolk and Greater Richmond SCAN, that work to help us achieve our mission. PCAV enjoys partnering with businesses and organizations that are interested in promoting positive parenting and preventing child abuse and neglect.
