Virtual Kitchens are a cost-effective way for established Restaurants to expand their footprint to a highly desirable demographic location in South Denver. Very close to Wash Park, University of Denver and the Golden Triangle/Cherry Creek areas. Our tenants produce one or multiple brands out of each kitchen space, making this a less expensive, turnkey alternative to opening a brick-and-mortar location.
