Our job consists in developing and maintaining a comprehensive database covering office buildings and gated industrial and logistic parks, in the major cities throughout Brazil. This is achieved by undertaking periodic updates, carried out by our research team, based on the sources of information provided by each development. The outcome is that we collect information on vacancy, prices, tenants, landlords, transactions and all other relevant information required by the decision makers in the corporate real estate industry.
