Linda Mercurio, founder of Transformative Impact’s The Relaunching Attorney Platform (TI-RAP), spent eight (8) years as the founding executive director, lead instructor, and professional coach of the highly regarded Lawyer Reentry Program at American University Washington College of Law where she assisted hundreds of lawyers re-enter the workforce. Under Linda’s leadership, that program was recognized in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Washington Lawyer, and other publications. Linda is well known for creating warm, inviting learning environments. Linda created TI-RAP to provide a personal touch to lawyers seeking to re-enter the workforce. Since its creation, TI-RAP has assisted hundreds of attorneys transition back to work from a hiatus. TI-RAP is a multi-week course designed to support relaunching and transitioning attorneys through personal coaching and the use of cutting edge technology. The program includes a cohort-based, interactive online curriculum, delivered through a well-established online Learning Management System. It features small interactive classes, pre-recorded lectures, cutting edge research, interactive live sessions, written assignments, group discussions, and one-on-one coaching.
