In 2009, Compass founders John de la Motte and Lucas Filer felt like there had to be a better way to for schools to use software to manage their day-to-day tasks. So they set to work developing it. Since then we’ve grown to serve over two thousand schools in Australia, Ireland and England. Our purpose is to "Help Learning Thrive", by providing schools with the tools to manage information and workflows efficiently, allowing staff to free up time and focus on the tasks that matter. Our approach to MIS is very different, in that our product is developed in collaboration with our partner schools and we thrive on building long term relationships.
