Anyone can feel discomfort, physical tension, or even pain, and this is what Friendly Body deals with. Friendly Body is an app that you can use to develop a benevolent relationship with your body. After showing the app where you feel tense, or in pain, you will receive exercices to practice, and Friendly Body's artificial intelligence will learn about you, over time, to eventually take care of physical discomfort preventively, sometimes even before it even appears.
