The Lake Washington PTSA Council is a nonprofit membership association which seeks to provide support and guidance to local PTA/PTSA unit leaders and the parents within the Lake Washington School District. It's goals are: 1. Provide effective communication between local units, Council, State PTA and National PTA 2. Conduct efficient, meaningful and informative council meetings 3. Provide workshops and trainings that meet the needs of our local units 4. Provide support and training to encourage unit and council leaders to continue as leaders through child's school years and beyond 5. Strengthen the partnership between PTSA, the school district and our community
