Welcome to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Minnesota Dakotas Chapter. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) is the world leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF). We fund more CF research than any other organization, and nearly every CF drug available today was made possible because of Foundation support. Our mission is to assure the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease.
