CAPE first came into existence as a membership-based group in the early 1990s when individual foreign trained engineers began to encounter serious difficulties in accessing the Canadian engineering workplace. CAPE has developed cutting edge technology and tools to strengthen employment support for foreign trained engineers aspiring to join the Canadian engineers workforce. These have been converted into customized service packages that CAPE offers to its members in different categories as described below.
