This desire to help people find meaningful careers and match them with dynamic employers was fueled by the success of her company, A1 Lumpers who for over 27 years have been providing work crews to the transportation industry. The opportunity to expand in recruitment and staffing services was realized with a chance encounter with Kirby Sexton. They shared an immediate connection of personal values and the vision of a new business model. After months of planning, A1 Personnel Solutions was created and operates today as a full-service staffing solutions company serving Greater Moncton and southeastern New Brunswick.
